Submission Checklist: It’s Go Time!!

Hi there,

 There is just about one week left to enter your submission to the HP & NVIDIA Developer Challenge. Submissions are due June 9th at 5pm PT

 

This competition is open to U.S. residents only and is limited to 1,000 accounts of HP AI Studio. 

 

Whether you’re nearly finished with your submission or have been putting it off and are planning to get everything done this week, the deadline is coming soon!! Get some tips from our submission form process, make sure all of your teammates have accepted their invitations to join the project, and use the checklist below to make sure you’re all set by the deadline! 

 

 Submission checklist: 

  1. Did you follow the prompts in the About textbox using the Markdown to differentiate sections? 
    1. Did you tell the judges how you should showcased HP AI Studio's capabilities while addressing real-world industry challenges?
      1. Did you explain the technical workflow implemented with HP AI Studio?
      2. Did you outline the challenges addressed and solutions developed?
      3. Did you highlight key features of HP AI Studio that were leveraged?
      4. Did you describe lessons learned and best practices discovered?
  2. Did you ensure your demo video is viewable by the judges?
    1. Is it around 3 minutes? (Reminder that judges may not watch beyond 3 minutes)
    2. Does it clearly demonstrate key features highlighting HP AI Studio's capabilities? 
  3. Did you provide a link to your well-documented and organized open-source and public Code Repo? 
  4. Did you include a link to your Apache 2.0 or MIT open-source license?
  5. Does your code demonstrate model registration to MLFlow for local deployment?
    1. If you’re using 3rd-party API keys, make sure you DID NOT embed the key in code.
  6. If there are any, did you include any dependencies and requirements?
  7. Did you include a README with the following: 
    1. Steps for judging and testing?
    2. A detailed explanation of models downloaded and methods used?

 

Be sure to read through the Official Rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.
